We are anticipating 6,000 attendees for this years Culpeper Rodeo on Saturday, August 30, 2025. We have made a lot of improvements for the upcoming 2025 rodeo. Space is now at a premium so we have changed our pricing structure.
Pricing:
NEW: Vendors pay based on how much frontage space they need.
0ft to 15ft $250
15+ft to 30ft $500
30+ft to 45ft $750
Food Trucks must pay a minimum of $250 upfront and pay remaining balance by June 1, 2025 or lose their spot.
Placement will be given priority based on when registration is received.
Operations Manager Craig Mills will be reaching out after you register to get your vendor size. He will also discuss your arrival time to ensure everyone gets in their spot.

- Vendor fees are non-refundable no exceptions.
- We have placed a cap of 15 food trucks this year.

- 4 General admission tickets
- 4 vendor parking passes for staff
Rules for vendors.
No complaining. If you complain or rude to our volunteer staff you won't be asked back and may be asked to leave.
You must provide your own electricity.
No food truck will be placed on the highway side of the arena because of the slope.
